Latest Financial Stock Market Trading News Today


The Indian stock markets are trading on a negative note as the global cues look unsupportive. The Nifty is currently trading with a negative bias of 15 points at 7400 and Sensex is down 58 points at 2479. Both indices trading lower in the range of 0.27%-0.24%.
          The advance-decline ratio is on the positive side in the morning session. On the NSE, 2280 shares are trading in gains and 1245 shares are down.
Nifty Gainers: Hindalco is the top gainer for today’s morning session, up by 3.29 %, followed by NMDC, PNB, Tata Steel and IDFC.
Nifty Losers: HCL Tech is down by 2.73% as of now. TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Bharti Airtel are also trading lower.
 Buzzer: TCS, stock opened at Rs 2130 and slumped 2.07% to Rs 2084,  as all IT sector stocks are trading in red.The Nifty is trading at the 7410 level.

Latest Financial Stock Market News With Tips



Financial stocks turned mixed, as Societe Generale (PARIS:SOGN) dipped 0.07% and BNP Paribas (PARIS:BNPP) plummeted 1.47% in France, while Deutsche Bank (XETRA:DBKGn) slid 0.34% and Commerzbank (XETRA:CBKG) climbed 0.47% in Germany.
      The Nikkei 225 rose 1.79 as futures buying forced the cash market to play catch-up.
Also, investors were buyoed by data from China at the weekend that showed a stronger-than-expected May manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) at 50.8, up from April's 50.4 and above the 50.6 median forecast.

Today Indian Financial News & investment Stock Tips




The Sensex and the Nifty fell in early trade dragged lower by heavyweight IT major Infosys, which fell almost 5 per cent in early trade.
The Sensex was trading lower by 78 points at 24,478 points, while the Nifty dropped 18 points in trade. Other IT stocks were also lower along with Infosys with TCS, Wipro and Tech Mahindra among the losers. HCL Tech, however, was trading steady.
Other Nifty losers in trade were State Bank of India, Coal India and Bhel. Hero Motor Corp fell 2 per cent after a leading brokerage downgraded the stock to a sell. Tata Motors was trading marginally lower ahead of its results to be declared later today.

Today Stock Market Strategy And Trading News



The Nifty is likely to open flat to positive on the back of mixed global cues. It is likely to trade in the range of 6820-6950. The trading strategy would be to create long near 6840-6845 for targets of 6875 and 6895.
          The Indian rupee opened higher by 6 paise at 59.98 per dollar versus 60.04 Friday.
Indian ADRs ended on a positive note. Among financial ADRs, ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank were up by 8.7 percent and 4.7 percent respectively. Among IT ADRs, Wipro and Infosys were up by 1.6 percent and 2.1 percent respectively. Tata Motors was up by 0.4 percent.
          Nifty was up by 199 points and closed at 6,859. Today we expect the markets to open on a positive note on the back of positive cues from US markets and positive outlook on Indian markets in view of the favourable outcome in the election, results of which will be announced this week.
          Hong Kong stocks started with decent gains (the Hang Seng Index was up 0.5% in the opening minutes) but has since slid back, with the benchmark index now down 0.2%.
Outside the index, auto makers BYD and Great Wall Motor are also enjoying a rebound, up 1.6% and 2.6%, respectively.

Stock Market Open News Today: HDFC Bank stock price

The market has opened in green terrain. The Sensex is up 33.74 points at 22499.93, and the Nifty is up 9.70 points at 6724.95. Ranbaxy is down 3 percent as its deal with Sun Pharma is facing hurdles. Bharti Airtel is up 2 percent on the back of March quarter earnings announced last night after market hours.
The Indian rupee opened higher by 10 paise at 60.61 per dollar as against previous day's closing value of 60.71 a dollar. NS Venkatesh of IDBI Bank said that, "The Fed is expected to continue with the cut in asset purchase programme by USD 10 billion. The tone is expected to remain dovish and, as a result, dollar is expected to weaken marginally in today's trade."

The latest book value of the company is Rs 186.31 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company is 3.86.
